- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 lime (juiced, 1 tbsp or 15ml)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 4 small red potatoes (see note below)
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 Tbsp. vegan butter (or 15-30ml olive oil)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (each, and black pepper)
- 1 cup black beans (cooked, if unsalted, add 1/4 tsp salt)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin (each, garlic powder, and chili powder)
- 1/4 avocado (ripe)
- 1 lime (juiced, 2 tbsp or 30ml)
- 1 cup purple cabbage (green cabbage, or radish, thinly sliced)
- 14 grams seeds (jalapeno, removed, thinly sliced)

- 2 flour tortillas (large vegan, white or wheat, to your preference, see note below)
- 1/2 avocado (ripe)
- 1/4 cup salsa
