I made this after my brother treated the family to these at the family cookout. I had all the ingredients except
Thefull measure of cumin but we did not miss it . I did add almost a cup of chopped kale that i had picked but did not yet use. I did sub bread crumbs for the panko, but plan to use panko next time. YUMLY described it perfectly.

First time I enjoyed this burger was when my "LITTLE" brother made it at a family cook-out. AWESOME!!!! The only thing I different was to add fresh parsley to use up some I had. ( I THINK MINE WERE BETTER THAN BRO'S!)

I took second place in a burger cook off and the winner was a Chef.
Everyone asked for the recipe and some had no idea it was not meat. I add a bit of cayenne and sometimes jalapeños.
You may need to add bread crumbs as needed to get the right consistency and wet your hand when working with the mixture so it doesn't stick to your hands.
