    Awesome! Chewy and sweet, I'm impressed! I've only been a vegan for 1 month but I'm an avid baker so I had some reservations about how they might taste. The only change I made was that I used whole wheat flour. I will definitely make again.

    I love these cookies - ok to substitute with reqular flour and brown sigar and I like to use pecans and craisins instead!
