Wonderful recipe. Easy to make and turned out absolutely delicious. I added mushrooms to the onion/peppers and used mixed herbs to season. Instead of cutting in half I sliced the tops off and after stuffing, I replaced the tops and sprinkled cheese. Absolute crispy deliciousness! A real winter warmer.
