    This is sooo good! The second time around I subbed the sauce with a similar looking one from the store,“ Nando’s Perinaise”. It was still amazing and lowered the calories.

    Me being a poor college student made this with rice instead of quinoa, baked sweet potato (with paprika, mixed herbs, salt and pepper), avocado, boiled egg, and regular mixed salad, and all covered with a little bit of salt and lemon, and let's just say it was STILL bomb. Best thing I've made for myself in weeks, and it was still good the next day. I need to go get the remaining ingredients so I can make it even better!
    Massive amount of calories!!! Hoping that is an error and is for 4 servings combined and not each serving!

    Delicious!! Great as left over warmed up or cold. I substituted frozen sweet potatoes and a quinoa and brown rice bag to save time. A recipe that you will want to repeat!!
