- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 cups grated carrots (loosely packed freshly)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (roughly, reserve ½ cup for topping)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz. full fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 1/4 cups sugar substitute (I use Swerve Confectioners)
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
