It tasted horrible. I followed all the steps and baked the cake it's supposed time and I found it raw. My family hated it. The only reason I rate this with 2 stars is because rhe frosting was good.

Yummy! I used brown sugar since i didnt have stevia. I added raisins in the battrr and topped the cake off with walnuts!

Made this recipe for Easter, it was really good! I made a few modifications and substitutions: monkfruit sweetener instead of stevia, whole eggs instead of egg whites, and added 3 tbsp of powdered sugar to the cream cheese frosting. It still came out pretty good, especially considering how you won't feel guilty after eating it (in moderation, of course).
