    Yummy! I used brown sugar since i didnt have stevia. I added raisins in the battrr and topped the cake off with walnuts!

    Made this recipe for Easter, it was really good! I made a few modifications and substitutions: monkfruit sweetener instead of stevia, whole eggs instead of egg whites, and added 3 tbsp of powdered sugar to the cream cheese frosting. It still came out pretty good, especially considering how you won't feel guilty after eating it (in moderation, of course).
    Excellent cake!! So juicy and fluffy!! Cake to start with every morning combining with a coffee. I'll do it all the time
