- neutral oil (As Needed, ie: Corn, Canola, Grapeseed)
- lemon wedges (As Needed, for serving)
- 3/4 cup mayo

- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lemon (juice from)
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 dash cayenne
