- 2 slices ham (rosemary, or regular)
- Dijon mustard (optional addition I did not use)

- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 28 oz. tomato puree
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 bunch basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (or more if you want)
