It was absolutely wonderful! So lite and fluffy! I used the cocoa and oil method for the first time and I’m hooked. It tastes great and the texture is impressive.

Delicious. I only had dark cocoa powder and used avocado oil, and I cut half the vanilla extract with almond. I beat it for the four minutes. I used it for a layer boxed cake, and it made it special. My kids, who don’t like frosting, loved this. Thanks so much!

Amazing chocolate frosting! Not overbearing, nice and light, went really well with my gluten free chocolate cake!
