Didn’t have bread crumbs so I crushed up garlic and cheese croutons. Tasted delicious.

It is a good dish. However, being new at cooking I found the directions a little vague. Long story short, fry on medium NOT high. I was hungry and the directions didn't specify so I went for High temp. The outside burned while the inside was raw for the first pieces in the pan. Turned out okay in the end, the rest were nice and crunchy!
