It was awesome!!! I usually do the cheat method and use Cream of Broccoli or Celery, as my sauce but this was so much better. I did (just about) double the seasoning and it came out perfect. I used pie crust for the bottom and puff pastry for the top.

Tasted amazing! Couldn’t get old bay spice so I made my own without any hot spices, along with the poultry seasoning. I ended up making 2 pies with the recipe, one with crust on the bottom and top and the other only the top - both were delicious and I will make again!

Nasty!
Will pretty much give a shot to any recipe with a puff pastry crust but this filling ( seasoning especially) needs LOTS of work.

This was the BESt chicken pot pie!!!! I used 3 - 2 cup bowls with the puff pastry. I literally woke up thinking about it the next morning and bartering with my husband on who gets the left overs!! Great recipe!!!
