- 400 grams chickpeas (strained and rinsed)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. Tahini
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for painting)
- 4 Tbsp. Tahini
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 1 pinch salt
- filtered water (to thin, I used 2-3 tbsp)
- 6 whole tortilla wraps (grain)
- 125 grams mixed greens (choice, approx. 2 large handfuls)
- 200 grams purple cabbage (thinly sliced, approx. 2 large handfuls)
- 1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 2 avocados (thinly sliced)
