This bread is amazing. I did 4 mini loaf pans and 1 average size pan. I cooked them for 18 minutes and they were absolutely perfect? Soft on the inside but slightly crispy on the outside. I didn’t have olive oil spray for my pans so I used coconut spray but oh my goodness! Thank you for sharing and thank the one that you got it from.
