- red pepper (powder)
- tomato
- lettuce
- onion (OR pickles)
- lemon

Directions
- You don't have to measure any of the ingredients. They only depend on how you like you sandwich. Start by draining the canned tuna's water and squeeze the lemon on it.
- Toast your bread then add your tuna on one side of the bread
- Sprinkle it with red pepper
