- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or apple sauce, I’d recommend trying it with the apple sauce! Sorry, I just said this was simple, didn’t I.)

Perfect blueberry muffins! I substituted melted butter for the oil This is my favorite blueberry muffin recipe of all the ones I tried on Yum

Great recipe. Could've used a little less sugar. I also used this recipe with chopped apples and nuts and that was delicious. My only gripe was that my muffins didn't have the same coloring. Wondering what step would give them that golden brown color.

Awesome used coconut milk and coconut oil By mistake mixed brown sugar with dry ingredients All family loved them as best ever😘

Made with almond milk instead of milk, separated half the batch for chocolate chip muffins and half for blueberry. Both were delicious! Only baked for around 18 minutes and they were perfect. Muffins were on the sweet side, so you could definitely get away with adding less sugar. Overall a really quick, easy, and tasty recipe!
