    cookie turned out great!! I changed a few things. added lemon extract and 1/4 cup of butter extra.. I enjoyed the texture better then the first time I made this recipe. It took 13 mins to bake.

    Followed recipe/video step by step and they turned out absolutely perfect. It is exactly what I wanted in a sugar cookie. My dough was softer than expected and, after baking, they did not look done, but after cooling they were perfect. They’re soft and have remained soft for days. This recipe yields a lot of cookies. It took me 3-4 batches to complete. I gave away about 20 and still had a lot left for my wife and I.
