I finished eating this steak over 45 minutes ago and I’m still thinking about it. Juicy buttery fatty and yummmm. I Cooked it only on the stovetop basting the ribeye with the rosemary and butter til cooked and served with lemon asparagus and buttery mashed potatoes....Delicious
