My family was asking when I would make these pierogis again. Everyone liked the potato, the sauerkraut 3 star. Had a pasta rolling attachment for kitchenaid mixer, which saved time. Next I'll need a pierogi press.

This dough turned out sooo good! so easy to make the dough and then it was super easy to make and shape the pierogies!This was my first time making them so I am really proud of them! I wanted to have some fun with thanksgiving leftovers so I made turkey and cranberry pierogies, ham and saurkraut and mashed potatoes and cheese. the last ones are the only ones I tried since I wanted to freeze the rest. They came out soo good!
