Add one red bell pepper, pepper jack and cheddar, add a little garlic, dijon mustard, can of diced chilies and horseshire! also just used grated cheese and cooked it in with the meat and everything else until melted. Perfectly amazing!

Excellent recipe….didn’t have ribeye so I used flank steak and added just a little Worcestershire…extremely tender definitely going on the weekly menu

Very good! Easy to make! Will definitely make again, but will be toasting the buns ahead of time, for some extra texture.

My husband and kids loved it! This turned out so good, juicy and flavorful. i used Shaved Steak meat, added a few blends of other cheeses and added a few jalapeno peppers. Strongly recommended!!!

Loved this!i changed the recipe dramatically with Spanish seasoning adobo, saZon and garlic... not too much very little. Removed steak from pan and threw butter right in to absorb drippings. Add onions peppers... added steak back and put the smallest amount of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Put entire portion on huge fresh Italian loaf. Foil wrapping not necessary

Ok. No modifications. I think next time I will cook it in a slow cooker to make the meat tender and juicy.

It was delicious, I put my own spin to it as well and added spinach and it was good.
