- 5 cups sliced peaches (slice the peaches about 1/2 inch thick)

This was a of most delicious peach pies I've ever tasted. I would definitely make this over and over

This was a hit at Thanksgiving dinner. I used 5 cups of frozen unsweetened sliced peached. I also made it more diabetic friendly by substituting the brown sugar with Swerve brown sugar sweetener and all but 2.5 tablespoons of the white sugar with granulated sucrulose.

This pie was fantastic. The filling was just a touch runny. Next time I will add about 1Tablespoon of additional cornstarch. The fresh peaches were definitely the star. I also added about a 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. Will make it again!

I had never thought to use eggs brushed on the crust when making a pie that had fruit that was juicier than apples. Easy recipe that makes a great pie!

Added 1/2 tsp nutmeg to dry ingredients and 1 tsp vanilla to peaches before mixing wet to dry.
Used small glass Pyrex pie pan.

The peaches were frozen last year, from a local orchard... I will use two quarts of fruit for my next pie!

I would make it again. Not only do Ilove this peach pie, but also I have used the recipe to make an Apple pie.
