    I had never thought to use eggs brushed on the crust when making a pie that had fruit that was juicier than apples. Easy recipe that makes a great pie!

    Added 1/2 tsp nutmeg to dry ingredients and 1 tsp vanilla to peaches before mixing wet to dry. Used small glass Pyrex pie pan.

    Perfect👌 Yes, just the right amount of sugar! The peaches were frozen last year, from a local orchard... I will use two quarts of fruit for my next pie! Thank you
