    I had never thought to use eggs brushed on the crust when making a pie that had fruit that was juicier than apples. Easy recipe that makes a great pie!

    Added 1/2 tsp nutmeg to dry ingredients and 1 tsp vanilla to peaches before mixing wet to dry. Used small glass Pyrex pie pan.
