- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. brown rice syrup
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar (or Maple Syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. applesauce (unsweetened)
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (un-packed)
- 1/4 cup coconut (dried, thick cut)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (tropical, mix papaya, mango, pineapple)
- 1/2 cup dried pineapple (diced up)
