Only made the cupcake, not the frosting... YUM! The coffee in the recipe really brings out the flavor of the chocolate. I also slightly warmed the oil in the microwave & stirred in the cocoa until smooth to enhance the flavor. I thought it would be too sweet, but it’s not - it’s perfect. Plus it is SO soft & moist! The batter seemed really runny, so I was skeptical, but no need to fear. This will be my go-to chocolate cupcake recipe!
