DELICIOUS!!! I rubbed oil on potato before baking first half, put malted butter on for 2nd half.

I had to leave it in the oven for 5 extra minutes to get it fully cooked (probably just because of the potato size), but ultimately it ended up perfectly soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
