Turned out amazing. So simple. I used less mayo and an extra egg. Delicious!

Pretty good, but I think it needed more potatoes for the amount of mayo-vinegar, or I will put less mayo next time.

A go-to favorite ! I added garlic and onion powder to the recipe and used a little Dijon mustard vs the yellow, just to make it my own

I just made this to go along with a honey baked ham I cooked all day. My family absolutely loved this!... and my ham 😬
I will make this again!

Its a decent base recipe. use salad dressing instead of mayonnaise and green onions , apple cider vinegar, and add green peppers to the recipe and it will have a lot more flavor

The recipe was ok. I under-cooked some of my potatoes and substituted vegan mayo for my guest's dietary restrictions which clearly altered the taste.

I substituted apple cider vinegar for the wine vinegar. I also added some diced granny smith apples. I doubt that makes this a very helpful review, but it was tasty.

This is just the way I remember my mom making potato salad. Absolutely delicious! The only thing I would change is to reduce the salt by 1/2 teaspoon.

very basic yet delishes potatoe recipe. I like how the ingrediants are common and inexpensive. I used yukon potatoes and yellow onions. It would also be very good if mustard was added.
