I always hated this as a kid. So, why did I even make this...
I just grated carrots for carrot cake cupcakes, oops! got carried away with carrot grating. What to do? Yummly search. Well, I guess Carrot & Raisin Salad will blend well with the Easter brisket. I'll give it a try, even though I'm sure everyone will detest it.
Surprise, they all like it. My 15 year old son even gets seconds!
