This chicken was very good! I will make it again. I didn’t have olive oil so I used avocado oil. So GOOOOD!!!

This turned out flavorful and moist. The rub is very easy to make and everything came together quickly. We will make it again.

So good! We don't like too much spice so I cut the paprika & chili powder down some but otherwise follow exactly. Yum yum yum, a million times yum!!!

Very nice. I took the skin off the chicken and put the veggies in at the same time.

Really good! Very moist and tasty. A little salty for me so I will cut that back a bit. Easy and definitely will make again.

excellent! i only had legs, but still works. gives it a yummy rottiserie flavor. a total keeper for my recipe box.

Amazing flavor, quick prep and delicious result; definitely my new fave. I added extra veggies - onion, garlic cloves, other root veggies.
