    It really is the most delicious corn! And it doesn’t have to just be for Thanksgiving. I made a half recipe just for my family, but this would be a big hit for a cookout, potluck, or party. I used a bag of frozen corn since fresh ears aren’t in season right now.

    Easy to make but I felt it needed more spice. I did half the recipe due to the large serving size.

    Made this at Thanksgiving this year and it was a hit!! Even the picky eaters went back for second helpings! I used can corn, one can of fire roasted corn, and the other a mixed white and yellow kernel. Will make this side again for sure.

    This was very underwhelming and soupy... Maybe cuz after pouring in the casserole I refrigerated it to bake the next day at Thanksgiving. It didn't thicken and it was like corn soup.. Yuck. Hardly anyone wanted anything to do with it cuz it just looked so unappealing. Very disappointing and did not help my cooking cred. Use less liquid is my advice

    Yummmm. Definitely comfort food status but sooo not healthy! I would back off the butter a bit and maybe throw in some veggies.
