Delicious! Never had parsnips before and was a little nervious about those but now I know they taste really good!

This was delicious! Parsnips are my new fav. Make more than you think you'll need, dont worry, there will not be leftovers!

The carrots were tasty and possibly the best parsnips ever. Don't roast them too long or the parsnips will get chewy. The flavor was amazing and it was a super easy side dish.
