- 1 cup warm water (very)
- 1 Tbsp. herbs (Italian Blend)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour (half stone-ground whole wheat and half bread flour)
- 1 whole wheat pizza crust (prepared and uncooked)
- 3.5 oz. herb (Julienned Italian, Sun-dried Tomatoes, chopped and soaked in 2-3 tablespoons of water to soften them.)
- 12 oz. artichoke (Marinated, Quarters, cut through a few times to create smaller pieces)
- 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce (prepared)
- 2 shallots (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup italian blend cheese (Shredded)
- 1 pkg. chicken strips (Tyson Grilled and Ready, or 2 cups of grilled/pre-cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces)
