This is one of those quick last minute, "What am I going to cook for dinner things"

Ingredients

US|METRIC
  • 1kg Premium mince
  • 1 Cup Buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 TBSP Italian Herbs

    Directions

    1. Mix the flour, garlic, herbs & breadcrumbs with the chicken stock until gooey.
    2. Add the mince and mix really well until a gooey mix occurs. I do all this in a high speed electric mixer.
    3. Press the mix into a lined loaf tin and bake at 200* for approx 1 hour.
    4. Cool for about 15 minutes before slicing.
