- 1 tsp. coriander root (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 clove roasted garlic (mashed, TFD addition, optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp. scallion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. tapioca starch
- 1 tsp. ground white pepper (finely-)
- 1/2 tsp. fish sauce (top-quality)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- wonton wrappers
- 7 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp. coriander root (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves roasted garlic (mashed, TFD addition, optional but recommended)
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. peeled shrimp (medium-small, optional but recommended)
- 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper (finely)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 heads bok choy
- chili flakes (Chinese-style, in oil for garnish, optional)

- carrot (Shredded, peeled, for garnish, TFD addition, optional)
- celery leaves (Chopped, for garnish, TFD addition – optional but totally delicious!)
