- 2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. adobo sauce
- 1 can chipotles en adobo
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg (freshly-)
- liquid smoke (1 small Dash Hickory)
