- 1 cup chopped carrot (fine)
- 1 cup green pepper (fine-chopped)
- 1 cup chopped onions (fine)
- 1/4 cup pickling salt
- 1 cup water (bottled, plus 2 Tbsp.)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed (TFD change, original was 1 tsp.)
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt (TFD addition)
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed (freshly-ground, TFD note - or use English mustard powder)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
