- unsalted butter (Several tbsp top-quality)
- Maldon Sea Salt Flakes (A small pile of)
- cracked black pepper (A small pile of freshly-)
- 6 slices gammon (mild leg ham, Virginia ham is a good substitute)
- 3 radishes (pink, with leaves)
- 3 cocktail onions (pickled)
- 3 pickles (cornichon)
- 2 eggs (deviled, TFD change, but my preference or 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved)
- 1/3 celery stalk (a leafy)
- 2 scallions (washed)
- bread (Thick slices of a crusty artisanal)
- 3 branston pickle
- 1 green apple (small tart, such as a Granny Smith, cored and cut into slices, optional but TFD likes it)
