- 1 tsp. ketchup (mushroom, if not available, use Worcestershire sauce)
- 1 tsp. relish (Gentleman’s, totally optional)
- 2 tsp. mustard powder (English)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

turned out great i used the beure main method of thickening, a lovely butter taste to it
