  • 1/2 cup flax seed (whole)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups raisins (or any other dried fruit that you like)
