- 225 grams cauliflower (: Cut into spoon sized florets, don't discard the stalks, finely slice them and add them to the soup)
- 500 mL vegetable stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 25 grams butter
- 25 grams flour
- 200 mL full-fat milk
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (: Finely chopped, trade out for dried parsley and reduce the quantity by half if parsley is hard to come by as it will be for me in a couple of weeks)
