  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • hummus (Dollop of, about 2 tablespoons)
  • sunflower seeds
  • hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (spicy)
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • pepper
