My first time cooking crab. The Dungeness crabs from San Francisco were huge!, moist and sweet. Added lots of Himalayan salt, Garlic, Pepper, and Truffle Granules to the water for boiling. My guests said it was the most delicious crab they'd ever tasted, and told me a I was a "Chef!"
