- 1 liter apple juice
- 10 black peppercorns
- 5 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 red cabbage
- 2 red apples
- 2 small carrots
- 3 spring onions
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- parsley (to garnish, optional)
- 1 handful whole cloves
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (I used coconut sugar but brown sugar would work well too)
- 1/2 tsp. all spice
