- 1 cup sour cream (at room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar (confectioners’)
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 vanilla bean (optional)
- 1 lb. frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
