Very easy, the boys liked it. I used wild salmon from the farmers market and it only got to 120 degrees despite cooking it longer than instructed. I think it was definitely medium rare so hopefully that’s alright. The pieces of salmon were pretty large.

Very good! Not a huge fish eater and traditionally like my salmon smoked. Will make this again!

It turned out good, but the honey burned when under broiler and then had to add a few minutes to cook time to finish the fish.

Absolutely delicious! I added some extra seasoning to give it some spice but other than that very good

👍🏽 Everyone loved it - even the picky eater in the house that does not like fish.

Delicious! There’s the seafood and garlic perfect savory then add the honey as a sweet and it’s a perfect marriage.

We have no oven, so I pan-fried the fish. Extremely quick, easy, and delicious. Feels very posh. Also works well with tuna steak.

I had to maple syrup and molasses because I cannot eat honey. Came out delish, but I left it in the oven too long. So a little dry. But tasty.

Amazing. And to its name, quick and easy. I added cayenne to give it some spice. Added to the list 👍🏿
