Tasty for sure but the ratio of berries to batter was a bit high, made it a tad too tart. I’ll do 1 1/2 cups of berries next time to see if it helps. Overall, delicious and easy! My 8 year old son had fun making this family favorite.

Great dish. I made it with almond flour and almond milk and it is exceptionally tasty. Put a little vanilla in the batter.

We love it! Make it regularly. I usually go with just a little more fruit (whatever I'm using) and turn the temp up to 350° for the final 5-10 minutes, just to brown and crisp a bit. Of course, mine is a one pan method using a 9" cast iron skillet!

Loved this. Super easy and you can add as much or as little berry as you like. Tonight I may add strawberry or blueberry. Delightful with a dollop of ice cream.

There was too much cobbler and not enough blackberry. The cobbler part was also tough when first baked and kind of bland. I think mixing the butter in the batter would have helped as the butter pooled in the corners when the batter was poured on. Not worth making again.
