I tried this recipe for Cubanos, and it turned out fantastic. I couldn’t find Cuban bread, so I had to settle for Italian bread, but it still turned out great! I used some leftover mojo pork that I’d made previously and it was great! I highly recommend this recipe, especially if using real mojo pork.
