- 1 1/2 inches ginger (knob of, peeled and finely chopped)

- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 can full fat coconut milk (400 ml)
- 1/2 lime
- fresh basil (or cilantro)
