This is so good!!! It tastes like a rich chocolate gelato, and you can't even taste the avocado at all. I used Stevia, which required me to use 1/4 what the recipe called for since it's 4x stronger than sugar, but I think it could have used a little more to make it a bit sweeter. Also the recipe isn't kidding when it says let it thaw if you freeze it overnight. I left it out for an hour to thaw, and it was still really solid. I had to scrape it off the block with a metal spoon. I'd recommend making half the recipe and eating it that night, rather than freezing the excess since it was a pain serving it. But the flavor is absolutely fantastic! Perfect for when you get a sweet tooth on keto.
