    Classic flavors. On regular rotation at our house. Sometimes as pictures, sometimes with small mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes and basil cut in thin slices. Our kids gobble it up.

    This is my FAV salad! I will have it for breakfast lunch or dinner. I have modified it with or without balsamic dressing. Switch it up using a white balsamic to give it a sweet rather than tangy tast for a change! Great source of protein too! I think I will make some today!!

    I have had this dish many times and simply love it; everything in it is a favorite of mine; I also enjoy Chicken or Veal Caprese dishes.
