- 1.5 oz. vodka (a moderately priced vodka like Smirnoff is fine)
- 4 oz. tomato juice (I always buy those 6-ounce mini cans of tomato juice so I don’t waste a large container)
- 0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice (to taste)
- 4 dashes worcestershire sauce (to taste; some people like A-1 sauce)
- 4 dashes Tabasco Sauce (to taste)
- 1 pinch salt (or celery salt; or to taste)
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. horseradish sauce (optional, but tasty)
- celery stalk (or lemon wheel for garnish, optional)
