Okay, but next time I will be using the salt. I didn’t use it this first time because I thought the saltine crackers were salty enough

Excellent recipe! I baked the meatballs at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet, instead of frying them. The mixture of ingredients in the recipe taste perfect! There is nothing like fresh meatballs!
